Prospective students and families from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau who are actively researching undergraduate or postgraduate programmes in game design, animation, and VFX. All registrants sign up in advance, so the audience is high-intent.
A 45-minute presentation covering your programme overview, admissions requirements, portfolio expectations, and student work. ARTDiCO will provide a bilingual MC and real-time AI translation via Tencent Meeting — you present in English as normal.
Sessions are hosted on Tencent Meeting (VooV). We recommend downloading the desktop app in advance and running a technical test with our team before the event.
Yes — all invited schools present at no cost. Optional sponsorship packages are available for schools who wish to maximise their promotional exposure before and after the event.
UK schools present during 16:00–17:45 CST, which is 09:00–10:45 BST — a convenient morning slot. US East Coast schools present at 21:30–23:15 EDT the previous evening. US West Coast schools present at 18:30–20:15 PDT the previous evening. We appreciate the flexibility of our US partners and are happy to discuss any scheduling concerns.
